Sunroom Extension at Family Home in Aberdeen
AberdeenshireMr and Mrs Monteferante had wanted to make their house more open plan as they currently had a separate dining room and kitchen. After a friend’s recommendation who had used CR Smith for an extension, it was clear they wanted to do the same.
The open plan sunroom is an extension of the kitchen which hosts an eight-seater dining table and a separate sitting area for the family to enjoy. White internal and external finishing CR Smith Lorimer windows were installed and French doors leading to the patio. The exterior of the extension was designed to align with the current look of the home and fits in perfectly.
The new space is ideal for entertaining and has created a much more social environment for the family.
