Oak Finish Windows Compliments Home Exterior

A sighting of the CR Smith blue and white van at a neighbouring property was the inspiration for Mr & Mrs Bell to enquire about new oak finish windows for their Fife home. The couple were also aware of how much heat was being lost out of the existing windows due to the badly fitted frames and old glazed units. 

Mr & Mrs Bell were keen to see samples of the different window colours available – “We wanted to stand out from the crowd with our new windows”. At the initial visit by the design consultant, they chose American light oak window frames, which complement the exterior look of their home, adding a fresh dose of kerb appeal. 

“The advice from CR Smith was to choose white internal window frames, which have been finished with an oak timber sill to match our skirting boards and internal doors.” The interior of the property has been given a boost of light thanks to the styling of the new windows.
