Rosewood exterior windows and white interior brightens home
FifeThe windows were the original windows – 25 years old. The wind was blowing through their patio doors and the rain was getting in.
They visited the showroom. Originally they were just looking to replace the doors but looked at windows while in the showroom. They wanted to make sure it was a ‘good product, fitted properly’. ‘The CR Smith company name and reputation stood them in good stead’.
They were attracted by the promotion – buy in January and pay 12 months later.
They initially had French doors fitted and were very impressed with the joiner and his apprentice; they were ‘very good and very quick’. They then decided to do the complete job of windows and doors.
The original windows had Rosewood outside and inside, and the front door too, so having the white inside made the house much brighter. They also have noticed a big difference in the noise from the road and the house retains the heat much better. The design of the lounge windows was changed so instead of having the window split into 3, they now have a big window with 2 hoppers above with has ‘made a big difference in terms of outlook’
