Mr & Mrs Kerr had previously had 2 upstairs windows fitted by CR Smith as they were letting the wind in. They liked them and had finished paying them off so decided to get the rest of the windows done to match. They had not had the full Oak surrounds with their last windows when they were replaced, but they loved the oak surrounds so much on their new windows that they had the Oak surrounds added to the others to make them look the same as the new windows.

They have used CR Smith before and have “always been pleased with the workmanship at all our homes”.

“All the workmen were excellent”.

They were particularly happy that they managed to keep the original tiles around the window in the kitchen.
