CR Smith has been a household name in Scotland for forty-five years.
All houses in the street had the same plain solid black door which did not let any light into the hallway.
Mrs Cochrane knew she wanted to design a unique and colourful door which let in plenty of light. She designed a full glass door of individual coloured panes to represent a sunset over the sea. The challenging design was created by CR Smith and the customer is delighted by the result. When the sun shines through the front door a rainbow of colours is reflected through the hallway.
