Interruption of operations
For the safety of our staff and customers, due to the red weather warning and an emergency alert issued by the government, normal operations will be suspended in the following areas:
- Central, Tayside & Fife (Clackmannanshire, Falkirk, Fife, Stirling)
- SW Scotland, Lothian & Borders (Dumfries & Galloway, East Lothian, Edinburgh, Midlothian Council, Scottish Borders, West Lothian)
- Strathclyde (Argyll & Bute, East Ayrshire, East Dunbartonshire, East Renfrewshire, Glasgow, Inverclyde, North Ayrshire, North Lanarkshire, Renfrewshire, South Ayrshire, South Lanarkshire, West Dunbartonshire)
All customers with appointments scheduled for survey and installation in these areas, including our FIX repair service, will be contacted in due course to rearrange their appointments. Given the clear instruction issued by Police Scotland not to travel, we are unable to provide our emergency call-out service during the period covered by the red weather warning.
Our offices in Dunfermline, Glasgow and our manufacturing facility in Cowdenbeath will be closed. While we have customer service staff working from home, for all enquiries in the first instance, please contact us via our website or email servicecentre@crsmith.co.uk.
We will resume normal operations as soon as it is safe.
